#22 Jim Guthke
Jim Guthke is one of the original 5 players who started the
Loons. Jim battled back from leg injuries in 2007 and was able to stay healthy
which gave the Loons an experienced outfielder who can play all positions in
the outfield. Jim was also a bench manager and really helped keep things running
smooth before and during the game. Jim did a great job this season at the
plate, especially laying down some flawless bunts when they were needed. 2009 was a good season for Jim hitting over .300 and still able to give us that timely bunt.
We hope in 2010 he can deliver even more.
